Wintering Within is a 90-minute, trauma-informed gentle yoga and Yoga Nidra experience designed to support rest, resilience and emotional steadiness during the darker months of winter. Join Sabine Beaupre of Oggi Yoga and Tyra Hildebrand of shining light yoga in this special series which invites participants to slow down, turn inward, and honor the body's natural need for warmth, support and restoration during the winter. Join us on Wednesdays from 7:00-8:30 pm at Body Renovation PT, 1510 Underwood Avenue in Tosa Village, for the evenings that align with your schedule.
Session 1: January 21 & 28 --- theme is HOPE
Session 2: February 11 & 18 --- theme is COURAGE

Each class blends accessible yoga movements and mindful breath, with an extended Yoga Nidra (guided rest) practice. Options are provided, creating a sense of safety, choice and ease for all bodies and nervous systems. Rather than pushing productivity, Wintering Within supports the wisdom of winter - rest and inward listening - helping participants feel more balanced, supported, and resourced throughout the season. This series is appropriate for folks new to yoga and anyone seeking a nurturing space to reset and care for their mental, emotional and physical well-being in the winter.
