
Evening Yoga Class: Unwind & Release
Join this gentle, trauma-informed hatha yoga class designed to help you unwind from the day and connect to heart, mind and body. This mindful movement class invites you to build strength, awareness and balance, by moving with intention through foundational yoga movements. The class enhances overall mobility in the shoulders, hips, and spine. We incorporate props and close with a few restorative poses and an extended savasana. All are welcome, no prior yoga experience is necessary. Come as you are and give yourself permission to unwind and release. Please bring a mat and water to class. Look forward to practicing together.

Create time for employee well-being. We can all benefit from slowing down, turning inward and incorporating mindfulness and gentle movement into our work day. Mindful Yoga for the Workplace is an inclusive offering that combines mindfulness, breath practice, and gentle yoga movements to create resilience, strength and stability for improved emotional, mental and physical health. As a trauma-informed yoga practitioner, I incorporate practices that tone the vagus nerve, allowing individuals to down regulate and tap into their parasympathetic nervous system to release stress and tension, invite connection with heart, mind and body, and support rest and digestion. The gentle yoga movement and sequencing is appropriate for all levels and provides opportunity to enhance balance, strength, and overall mobility. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
Class time can range from 40 - 90 minutes and can include the following; centering, somatic practices, breath practice, mindfulness, gentle stretching, foundational yoga poses, and savasana. We can create a mat-based class and/or a chair yoga class or a combination of both. Mats are available if needed. Foundational price point is in the $150 range, however final quote is determined after a consultation and learning about your specific needs and goals, duration of the class or class series, travel time and class setting.

Create a customized, grounded yoga class for you and your family & friends. The yoga class will focus on a theme and includes a mindful reading, a yoga sequence suitable for all physical abilities and encouraging words from guests. Offering includes a digital invitation and a homemade treat for after class.
Location options include studio space in Wauwatosa or a location of your choice. Reach out to plan your special class and commemorate this important time in your or your loved one's life. Prior yoga experience is not necessary. Class size is limited to 12 participants. Investment for this special experience ranges between $130 - $150.
