Evening Unwind & Release

Evening Yoga: Unwind & Release offers participants a slow and gentle, 75-minute trauma-informed Hatha Yoga class series designed to help people unwind from the day and settle into a deep state of rest. This evening class invites you to move mindfully through foundational Yoga movements to connect more deeply with self-compassion and self-awareness.

Props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks will be incorporated to cultivate a sense of safety and ease. The class closes with a few restorative poses, including an extended Savasana, to help you prepare for a peaceful night's sleep. No prior Yoga experience is necessary. All bodies and levels are welcome. Come as you are and give yourself permission to unwind and release. Please bring a mat and water to class.   

Classes held at Open Door Movement Studio, 9205 W. Center Street, Suite 202, Milwaukee. Enter on Center Street, just west of 92nd Street. Go upstairs and turn left to the studio down the hall.

Register for a 4-week series or for the Monday evenings which fit your schedule.

Mondays, 6 pm - 7:15 pm

Session 1: September 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th

Session 2: October 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th

Session 3: November 17th, 24th, December 1st, 8th

Investment:

* 4-week class series - $75

* Individual class - $20

* 10% discount for seniors, military veterans, students, and for people who are financially challenged.
