Join me this Wednesday at 5 pm for Yoga for Body and Mind. Develop body awareness, strength and flexibility through physical practice (asana). Learn to incorporate breath practice, mindfulness and mudras (hand poses) on and off the mat. Please bring a mat and water to class.
