Schedule a one hour or 75-minute yoga class for your students (ages 12 and up), at your school, for an athletic team or for your after-school club meeting. Tyra will lead the group in a variety of strengthening poses to build flexibility, balance and self-awareness. Yoga practice provides opportunity to slow down, focus on the breath and connect with the heart, mind and body. A supervising teacher or group leader is expected to remain with the group and/or participate in the class session. 16 yoga mats are available for use.
