
Evening Yoga: Unwind & Release
Join this gentle, trauma-informed hatha yoga class series designed to help people unwind from the day and connect to heart, mind and body. This mindful movement class invites you to build strength, awareness and balance, by moving with intention through foundational yoga movements. The class will incorporate props and closes with a few restorative poses and an extended savasana. All are welcome, no prior yoga experience is necessary. Come as you are and give yourself permission to unwind and release. Please bring a mat and water to class.
