
Evening Yoga: Unwind & Release April Series
Join this gentle, trauma-informed hatha yoga class series designed to help you unwind from the day and connect to heart, mind and body. This mindful movement class invites you to build strength, awareness and balance, by moving with intention through foundational yoga movements. The class enhances overall mobility in the shoulders, hips, and spine. We incorporate props and close with a few restorative poses and an extended savasana. All are welcome, no prior yoga experience is necessary. Come as you are and give yourself permission to unwind and release and help you enter the week with grace, loving-kindness and self-compassion. Please bring a mat and water to class. Let's practice together.
We can accommodate an online class option if you wish. Please reach out to me directly for that option.
