Mindful Yoga for the Workplace

Create time for employee well-being. We can all benefit from slowing down, turning inward and incorporating mindfulness and gentle movement into our work day. Mindful Yoga for the Workplace is an inclusive offering that combines mindfulness, breath practice, and gentle yoga movements to create resilience, strength and stability for improved emotional, mental and physical health. As a trauma-informed yoga practitioner, I incorporate practices that tone the vagus nerve, allowing individuals to down regulate and tap into their parasympathetic nervous system to release stress and tension, invite connection with heart, mind and body, and support rest and digestion. The gentle yoga movement and sequencing is appropriate for all levels and provides opportunity to enhance balance, strength, and overall mobility. No prior yoga experience is necessary.

Class time can range from 40 - 90 minutes and can include the following; centering, somatic practices, breath practice, mindfulness, gentle stretching, foundational yoga poses, and savasana. We can create a mat-based class and/or a chair yoga class or a combination of both. Mats are available if needed. Foundational price point is in the $150 range, however final quote is determined after a consultation and learning about your specific needs and goals, duration of the class or class series, travel time and class setting.
